RealLayer provides an API-based marketplace for "Real World Execution," allowing software agents to request physical tasks from human operators.

3. Operator Responsibilities

As an Operator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful "Proof of Work" (photos, GPS).
• Obey all local laws and regulations while performing tasks.
• Not engage in any illegal or harmful activities via the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

RealLayer is a neutral protocol provider. We are not liable for the actions of Operators or the requests of API Agents. Users assume all risks associated with physical interactions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
